What We Collect

When you register interest, we collect the information you choose to submit: name, email address, Riot ID, current rank, Discord handle, goals or notes, source page, and submission time.

If you join our Discord or email us, we may also receive the information you provide in those conversations.

How We Use It

We use this information to manage beta access, contact you about Overpeek, prioritize early users, collect feedback, improve the product, prevent abuse, and keep basic records for business operations.

We do not sell your personal information or use the beta interest form for targeted advertising.

Who Processes It

Overpeek uses service providers to run the site and beta list, including Vercel for hosting, Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for form submissions, and Discord if you choose to join the community.

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention

We keep beta interest submissions for as long as needed to run the beta, contact early users, understand product demand, and maintain reasonable business records.

You can ask us to delete or update your submission by emailing hello@overpeek.gg.

Children

Overpeek is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit the form if you are under 13. If we learn that we collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting hello@overpeek.gg.

We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the beta list, but no website, spreadsheet, or internet transmission is perfectly secure. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the beta form.

Changes

We may update this policy as Overpeek moves from beta interest to a live product. The latest version will be posted on this page.
